Order changes; Cancellations & Returns policies:Changes & cancellations: Returns and Exchanges-Please read these polices carefully. We want to ensure that your buying experience is exactly what you hope for. All items returned must be in new, unwashed and unused condition in original, unopened packaging with all tags, with instructional brochures and promotional materials still securely attached. The following items are Not Returnable, and will not receive any refund as they are considered used goods: laundered or soiled items; items smelling of perfume, cigarette smoke, deo-disk, or any other odors & items with pet hair or dirt/stains. Soiled or items deemed ‘non-returnable’ can be returned to you at your expense. **If you wish to receive a refund, to your credit card or paypal account, there will be a 10% restocking fee assessed. Shipping fees will not be refunded or credited. If you received free shipping and the returned items reduce your original order below the $200.00 free shipping minimum, we will subtract actual shipping charges for the original order from your refund or store credit.
